cabra grand bingo hall – feasibility study

This feasibility study for a brownfield site explores the potential of a mixed use development within the established urban fabric of Cabra. The proposal includes a variety of retail, pub, community hall, medical centre and nursing home uses which it is hoped will generate interrelated demand and sustainable use. The site strategy seeks to create a sense of place through a sequence of public open spaces – each shared with a particular use. The intended result is a local civic centre responding to the identity, scale and needs of the immediate community.
