Fitzwilliam office building– renovation of a protected structure

Existing office accommodation had to be sensitively re-configured within a four storey over basement protected structure. The strategy consisted of conservation and careful reinstatement of existing historic fabric with minimal but identifiable modern interventions. The result is an elegant juxtaposition of old and new to create a flexible serviced office space meeting modern requirements.
