Divine Word Missionaries Maynooth – development feasibility

This feasibility study was undertaken to establish a long term site and building strategy for the campus in Maynooth. The order sought proposals for providing high quality accommodation for returning missionaries. Strategies explored included adaptation and upgrading of existing buildings as well as new purpose built accommodation on site. All proposals were framed within the context of a wider master plan which could respond and adapt to future client needs.
